Our shipping Policy

In an effort to better serve you, all customers are asked to provide us with their measurements (See Sizing Help) when placing orders. Upon receipt of these measurements customers will be entitled to a $9 credit against shipping charges for purchases over $100.

Shipments within the United States will incur a $9 shipping & handling fee.

Shipments to Canada will incur a $28 USD shipping & handling fee.

All other shipments will be determined on an individual basis.

All Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

We always aim to send you the best size for your build.  Once you receive the items we send you, please call us so we can consult with you on the fit. If you need to return items, please call us for a Return Authorization number within seven days of receiving your package. Items must have all tags intact, and be in new condition, never worn nor laundered.  Overdue or unauthorized returns will result in a 25% restocking fee.  (Please contact us at 1-800-220-1691 or contact@llswim.com for a Return Authorization number)

If you order multiple top or bottom styles within a collection for comparative purposes, or choose to return more than half of the items ordered and shipped, there will be a $3 home-fitting fee per returned item. This allows you the convenience of trying and comparing multiple items at home, while enabling us to continue to provide the level of service for which we are known.

An item may be exchanged up to 3 times without incurring a home-fitting fee.  An exchange is defined as an alternate size or style within the same collection.  Exchanged items are subject to a shipping charge.

Special orders must be pre-paid, are non-refundable, and do not qualify for discounts or shipping credits.
