Return Policy

We always aim to send you the best size for your build, but sometimes things need to be exchanged. Call us within 7 days of receiving your package to consult with us about fit and for a Return Authorization number. Items must have all tags intact, and be in new condition, never worn nor laundered.

A STORE CREDIT will be issued for all returned items. REFUNDS incur a $5.00 restocking fee per item. Complimentary shipping will be rescinded when the value of retained items is less than the free shipping threshold. Please contact us at 386-454-0994 or help@lionslairdesigns.com for a Return Authorization number. Overdue or unauthorized returns will result in a 25% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returned and exchanged items.

Special orders must be pre-paid, are non-refundable, non-returnable and do not qualify for discounts or shipping credits.
Discounted items are Final Sale. Sale items are not subject to exchange or return.
"Gift with purchase" items must be returned if the "purchased" item is returned. Failure to do so will result in the full retail price of the "gift" item being deducted from your return credit.
